The following outstanding benefit program is available to employees who work 32 or more hours a week:
- Two very competitive health plans to chose from at different cost sharing levels. Seabury pays 80% of the cost of this coverage.

- One times salary in life insurance
- Short and Long Term Disability and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
- Retirement Plan – 403B – with dollar for dollar matching up to 5% of salary after 1 year (an employee regularly scheduled for 20 hours a week may participate in this benefit)

Our campus is located on 66 scenic acres in Bloomfield just 5 minutes off Route 91. On site amenities available to staff include: pool, fitness center, massage, restaurant and free, secure parking. Seabury is located on the public bus route.
