Our Registered Nurses provide a free care consultation visit upon initiation of services, and can continue to stay involved in your care coordination, if you choose.
Care Coordination: The challenges of working through the health care system can be lessened by Seabury Care Now’s care coordination services which include comprehensive assessments, nurse monitoring, communication with medical professionals, and medication management. The registered nurse will work with the client, the family, and the doctor(s) to ensure continuity of care.
Our Personal Care Assistants: 
·         Are professionally trained compassionate caregivers
·         Receive ongoing supervision by our Registered Nurses
·         Provide individualized care which allows your loved one to be safe and comfortable in their own home
·         Receive education to enhance knowledge and skills
·         Successfully completed background checks and drug testing prior to hire
The Personal Care Assistants provide care, companionship, and support that will allow your loved one to enjoy their days.   Whether it is a shower complete with a back rub, a “home cooked” meal, an outing to the grocery store, a game of cards, sitting outside and watching the birds, the personal care assistant will enhance the quality of your love one’s day while allowing the family to have peace of mind.
